Ingredients :

¼ cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Pinch cayenne pepper

Salt, to taste

4 cups cauliflower florets (about half a large head)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon curry powder

Salt, to taste

½ cup toasted, chopped cashews, for garnish

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, plus leaves for garnish

Directions :

1. Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, curry powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Place cauliflower florets in the basket of an air fryer.
3. Place the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide it into Rack Position 2. Select Air Fry, set the
temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 12 minutes.
4. Stir the cauliflower florets twice during cooking.
5. When the cauliflower is done cooking, it should be golden brown.
6. In the meantime, whisk together the ingredients for the yogurt sauce in a small bowl.
7. Apply the yogurt sauce to the cauliflower after removing it from the oven. Serve immediately with toasted cashews and cilantro sprinkled on top.
